6月4日，第13屆世界乳業(yè)創(chuàng)新大獎入圍名單悄然公布！由知名行業(yè)媒體Foodbev每年舉辦的食品、乳品、飲料創(chuàng)新大獎已然成為全球食品界創(chuàng)新的風向標。中國乳業(yè)軍團近年來快速崛起，已經(jīng)深刻改變了全球乳業(yè)格局，讓中國名片更多地在國際舞臺上熠熠閃光。
誠如FoodBev媒體營銷經(jīng)理Matt Ferris所述，“盡管過去一年對于乳制品行業(yè)而言充滿挑戰(zhàn)，但我們在本屆創(chuàng)新大獎的參賽作品中看到了廣泛的、多樣的、更令人欣喜的創(chuàng)新。不論是傳統(tǒng)品牌還是新生力量都在不斷思考與開發(fā)創(chuàng)造性的解決方案，從農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)化到推進可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)實踐，再到新口味、新概念和新型生產(chǎn)加工技術(shù)，乳業(yè)創(chuàng)新正在為消費者提供更豐富的選擇和更實用的健康方案。”

（1）場景化能否成為創(chuàng)新標桿？去年10月上市的美國冰淇淋新品Nightfood Ice Cream，獨樹一幟地定位于夜間消費場景，產(chǎn)品低脂低熱量，并加入有助于睡眠的氨基酸與礦物質(zhì)，深受熬夜者和吃貨們的喜愛。年初，在Kantar TNS舉辦的消費者評選創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品活動中，榮獲年度最佳冰淇淋大獎。此次征戰(zhàn)乳品創(chuàng)新大獎，一舉入圍最佳冰淇淋、最佳乳基甜點和最佳新品牌三項提名。不管Nightfood是否能最終脫穎而出，它都已經(jīng)為行業(yè)注入了新的思維與活力。
（2）中國力量不容小覷。由伊利、飛鶴、君樂寶和宜品組成的中國方陣拿下其中的11個入圍名額。在兒童乳制品、嬰幼兒配方乳制品和機械設(shè)備、加工工藝等4個領(lǐng)域內(nèi)均占據(jù)半數(shù)以上的優(yōu)勢地位，向最終大獎發(fā)起集團式?jīng)_擊。君樂寶表現(xiàn)尤其搶眼，在最佳兒童乳制品、功能性乳制品和加工創(chuàng)新3個獎項中入圍4項產(chǎn)品。期待中國軍團的號角再次奏響世界！
（3）誕生于1886年的澳大利亞百年乳企Brownes Dairy此次攜多款新品入圍，包括混合植物基的高脂肪酸奶、傳統(tǒng)工藝奶酪、pouch袋裝酸奶，以及像醬料一樣可直接擠壓的瓶裝酸奶，分別入圍酸奶、奶酪、兒童乳、包裝設(shè)計與營銷5個獎項，有望代表澳洲沖擊桂冠。
